2002 Dodge Dakota worn upper control arm bushings

I have all four upper control arm bushings that need to be replaced need instructions on how to remove and replace them

Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel and tire assembly. Remove brake hose brackets from upper control arm. Position hydraulic jack under lower control arm. Raise jack to unload rebound bumper. Remove shock absorber.
Remove cotter pin and nut from upper control arm ball joint stud. Position Ball Joint Remover (MB-991113) over top of lower control arm with tool nut up against upper ball joint stud. See Fig. 3. Separate ball joint from steering knuckle. DO NOT damage ball joint seal.
Remove upper control arm pivot bolts and upper control arm from vehicle
press bushing out
