2002 Dodge Dakota heater fan?

My low and med fan setting's stopped working and then
my high speed stopped working for the heat in the cab

Hi:
The most common problem is the blower motor resister. It's a cheap part. If you want to be sure, check for power to the motor. If there is no power, replace the resister. If there is power, make sure you have a good ground. If you do, the motor may be bad.
