Hi I have a 2001 daktoa it has a engine surges at slow speeds not sure at high speeds, new pugs cap wires rotor drive to work every day can you help

Hi:
Have any of the maintenance lights come on? It sounds like a sensor problem. It could be a MAP sensor, IAC sensor. What I suggest is for you to visit a nearby Auto Zone. Have them scan the computer to determine if there are any codes stored. I'm not sure where you live, but in PA, this is a free service from Auto Zone.
