2000 Dodge Dakota won't start

2000 Dodge Dakota 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a dodge dakota and it won't start the battery is ok and trys to turn the truck over acts like it's not getting fuel. Where do I find the fuel filter to see if it is plugged and what does the o2 senor bank one mean and would that keep it from starting

The O2 sensor won't stop it, but it could have lead to other problems. As far as the fuel filter, it is on the top of the fuel tank. What I need you to check is for spark and fuel to the engine. Here are the how to's for checking:
