1999 Dodge Dakota trouble starting

My 99 dakota sometimes takes I while to turn over ive checked spark plugs they seem fine any ideas of to do thanks

First thing to do is find the ASD relay in the power distribution center and test it-this relay powers up the coil/injectors and fuel pump relay. When this relay goes as indicated above-nothing is gonna happen it disable the ignition and fuel system.
