Dodge Grand Carvan 2000 car stops at low speeds

Hi I a have Dodge grand carvan 2000, 170K Kms. From few months I am having problem car shuts down when I am at stop signs I have to restart car. It works fine when I am driving recently I have done following parts changed on my car

1. Tune up done ( Plugs and cables changed)
2. Radiater was leaking replaced radiator

My mechanic says its fuel injector problem it need cleanup. When I put good gas and fuel injector cleaner problem reduces. I can feel vibration spikes when my car is at stop it feels like engine is going to shut down.
please advice what could be the problem?

Possibly the Idle air control valve, it's bolted to the side of the throttle body.
