1998 dodge caravan 3.3 app 200,028miles.
upon visiting a friend who lives on a 2 track we veered off the track to miss a deer and ran over a tree stump. Damaging the oil pan. But we didnt realize it at first. When we got out on the road about 1 1/2 mile down the road, the van stopped running. We called and had it towed home when we saw the oil pan was damaged and the plug missing. We fixed this issue. Now it wont roll over to start. Any suggestions? Is there a switch, fuse, plug, or something we are missing. Is there a sensor in these oil pans or on these vans that causes them to shut off when the oil gets low? Is the engine crank shaft seized? And can it be broken loose using a straight bar and helper bar? Thank you very much

Sounds seized to me, probably ran to long and seized up do to lack of oil, best thign to do is take off the heads and re oil it, then try a breaker bar if the cylinders arnt scored!
