Dash Lights out

Hi there I have a Dodge Caravan 2002, 110000 kms with a 3.3L engine. I received a boost a few weeks ago and now my dash lights won't turn on making night time driving very dangerous. I looked at the fuse box to no avail and was wondering what you thought. Also, I only have the highest level blower speed for my vents and am hoping you know the reason for that as well. Thank you

First thing I would do is to make sure youre vans charging system is working at its fullest, Battery fully charged, Also youre alternator is charging, At 13.8-14 volts, Then next step is to look at fuses and shorted out wiring, Most cases you have a those common problems, Those should help you out.
