99 Dodge Caravan Brakes

If I had bad rear wheel cylinders, would this cause my emergency brake lamp to be contsantly lit? If not, what might cause this?

Sounds like a bad switch. If the park brake doesn't hold good, I could be badly worn brake shoes or the park brake linkage adjustment. I hope this helped.
