Wont start I took the starter off and had it tested?

Hi I have a dodge caravan that wont start I took the starter off and had it tested it works fine it just clicks I dont think its the battery because the lights work and the power windows work the blinkers work but the window wipers dont work its a 6 cyl, 3.3L please help

Im going to bet it is the battery although the rest of the stuff does work. It just isnt enough amperage to get the starter to turn over. Try jump starting it and let it run for a while. Also at night turn on your headlights, blower, radio, and see if either your radio cuts out or your headlights dim substantially

I have already tried to jump it and it just it doesnt start just clicks could it be wiring or the alternator the clicking clicks on top of the motor not the bottom where the starter is

This sounds like you have bad starter relay her is the location so you can swap it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
