2005 Dodge Caravan 2005 Dodge Caravan Power Door Locks

The power Door locks on my Caravan do not respond to the remote or to the interior power controls. The key works fine and this is the only way to lock the car from the outside right now. The horn sounds when the remote is actuated but the locks simply do not lock. We've been through the programming menu several times and select "power door lock" - yes, but this doesn't make any difference, though it seems this HAS to be the problem. How do I enable this feature?

Turn the key from off to on three times, on the fourth one leave it in the on position, the codes will display on the odometer, write em down and post em. And have you checked all the fuses? The ones under the hood too?
