2003 Dodge Caravan wont start

I have a 2003 dodge caravan sport.109,000 miles. It wont at all it was running just fine no problems I have only had it 2 months. When got in it it wouldn't start move the steering wheel up and down finally it started got it going. Then later after shutting it off wouldn't start finally it did start then died and has stayed that way. Replaced the starter relay starter was taken off and tested fine. There is power to everything but just wont turn over. There is power from the battery to starter but the yellow wire that connect to solenoid has no power what could be wrong?

If you have voltage to load and coil side of starter relay, then I think your security system has a problem. The pcm grounds the coil side of starter relay. If security system has a problem, I can't track it from here.
