2003 Dodge Caravan will not start

The van shutdown win we were driving.
towed it home and the fuel pump fuse was blown changed it and started it again and it ran a little and blow again we did this 3 times then it stopped but the fuse did not blow we tryed to start it again and it would not turn over. No blown fuses I changed the fuel pump and filter and looked for a short no luck I also changed the battery

If it has one checked the ASD relay and also the fuel pump relay. The ASD powers the coil/injectors and fuel pump through the fuel pump relay. Double check the fuel pump wiring for a short.
