2003 Dodge Caravan Caravan won't start

I have a dodge 2003 3.3l caravan started car yesterday to warm up car. Car ran for a couple of min. Car died when turnig keys to restart cars dash light up with full power but nothing else no sounds to starter I check fuses and relays with ohm meter and every thing reads good battery is new it seem like no electric to starter or motor but car has run ok first problem except loud wien from power stering pump. But other wise full power to dash all lightscome on no engine light every came on.
