I have my 2003 Dodge Caravan running good by now.
The mileage is 66,000.
Do I need to replace the timing belt at this time?
And I read in Owner's Manual: 90k for timing belt
replacement.
Also I want to know the cost if the replacement will
include "water pump" job?
Thanks.

Recommended replacement is 90K miles. You should replace the water pump when replacing the timing belt. Also replace the timing tensioner and idler pulley kit. Whole job should be about 6 hours of labor.
