What is the average cost of timing belt replacement and should you change serpentine belt and other things while apart?

May want to go ahead and replace the other 90,000 mile interval components, such as the plugs and wires, engine oil, air cleaner etc.. have the other belts inspected and only replace if they are stretched / damaged.
