2001 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

i just replaced the timing belt on a 2.4l dodge caravan. The belt snapped and now after installing the belt it idles a little bit but when you press the accelerator it sounds like a misfire.
i checked the timing several times and its good. All the marks line up perfectly.
I also checked for compression and its 170-180lbs on all pistons.
i also checked the coil pack and even went as far as replacing it with a good one. Replaced the plugs and wires.
i have checked the gas flow and have good pressure up to the rail.
now I am stumped on what to look for next.

After the timing belt tensioner is released should the marks look like the picture? Or is that before the tensioner is released.
