Ok I have this problem I have a 2003 Dodge grand caravan when I was driving it the speedo went down to zero and then it wouldn't shift out of first on our slow ride home I noticed that the miles were not moving also so I called auto zone and they told me to change the speed sensor's so I did that and it didn't change anything I cleaned the computer on the transmission as they said it could have been wet and still have the same problem and suggestions.

I have seen a lot of cluster problems. Not saying this is the case. The transmision is going into failsafe mode. You need the codes read from the BCM to start. May be internal on the transmission, lost data communication.

Very well possible. 2 notes on that if it is bad. The transmission solenoid pack may have shorted it out and may damage the new one. Also when the TCM is replaced it needs to be reproggrammed with the new pinon factor or the speedo will still not work.
