My heater fan just works in high and not low speed only, I am not sure this problem is because the relay is failing. Tell me is this true? And where is located the relay?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a faulty blower motor resistor.
On the blower motor resistor it has several pins for different pins. And overtime the contacts tend to ware of and the fan will only work on one speed and not the other.

The resistor is mounted on the blower motor, inside the dash. Behind the glove box.
