It only seems to happen when its rainy and damp out, everything works when the key is turned, but as soon as I engage the engine it blows the circut. I was told the ipm fuse & relay center box is bad. It was working fine then, this problem accures. Any ideas on what this could be. Bad box etc.

What fuse is blowing? What you got here a direct short to ground could be a wire or component problem

I dont think its a fuse. This problem happened 3 weeks ago and we took out the aircondioning fuse in the ipm. Problem stoped. Then today damp rainy and now, when I turn van on. Wipers radio, heat and windows dont work. Where would I even start to look for short to ground or component.I bought the van 6 months ago. And evrything was fine up to 3 weeks ago.
