2002 Dodge Caravan fuel gauge

I have a problem with my fuel gauge, so here it is, it goes up and down not showing the right amount of gas. It goes down so fast and I dont really know the problem with this so please help me out.

Chances are the rheostat on the float is bad. The bad thing is it is part of the fuel pump and in the fuel tank.

You would have to check for power from the fuel pump wiring harness.
