Lights on my dashboard are gradually fading

The lights on my dashboard with all the gauges are gradually and have been fading. At this point about 40% of the 4 gauges are faded to almost nothing. I can't even see the gas gauge in the dark or the bottom half of the speedometer. What would be the problem?

Hello,

It sounds like the bulbs that illuminates the gauge are burning out. There are several bulbs that are installed at the back of the panel, which helps illuminate the gauge.
Over time they can burn out and will need to be replaced.

In order to replace those bulbs, you will have to remove the gauge cluster. This can be done by first removing the trim around the gauge cluster. Then the taking off the mounting screws at the edges of the cluster.
The bulbs will just twist out of the back panel (see picture).
