I have a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan loaded with everything. The airbag light is on most of the time. It may go off momentarily but not for a long time. The horn and cruise work when it is lit and my regular scanner does not show a code. (I don't know if there is a separate means of scanning the a/b for codes). I have read about the clocksprings going bad, but with the other two symptoms, so I don't know if I have something different.
Thanks,
B
