2001 Dodge Caravan

I have 2001 Grand Caravan Sport and what the problem is that sometime when I start the van or when I am driving the light inside the dash and light in side the van and head light start to flash off. Then after maybe a few min or so it stop or all shut off and you can't see anything. And now when I start my van the horn and headlight start to blow and flash off and on like I have alarm system but I don't have one. The van itself run great even when all of this is happening.

Weird problems like this can have a common link. BCM comes to mind, but I would first check under the battery tray. Some battery acid might be getting on the wiring harness. Pull the battery and tray and cut open the harness and look for wiring damage. Solder in new splices if so.
