Whenever I take a hard left, the Brake light on the dash comes on for a few seconds. It never happens when I make a right.
I figured it was a phantom light, but it has started to stay on longer lately.
Can anyone offer a suggestion on what might be causing this strange situation?
Thanks for your help.

Have you checked the brake fluid lately? I have the same van and as the front pads wear down the brake fluid level drops. When you make a quick turn all the fluid goes to one side. The fluid level senson is on the right side of the fluid container but my van only did it when turning left also. It could be a bad switch too. I would go out and look at mine to make sure which side the switch is on, but it is raining and very cold! So check both sides of the brake fluid container to make sure.
