1999 Dodge Caravan Nothing is working with cluster

The lights work but none of the instrument clusters or air condition buttons is working. When I press on the recycle air button the speedometer and other cluster stuff would work now it does nto work at all. Any suggestioins?

I want you to try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes. See if that helps.

Disconnected battery still not working. The heater is sendiing hot air also.

What I suggest is having the body control module (BCM) tested.

Hi:
I think on your vehicle it's on either the driver or passanger side kick panel.
