1999 Dodge Caravan Instument Cluster

1999 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

1999 Dodge Grand Caravan instument cluster will go out lights still work but guages all drop to 0. After finding that a good smack just above the cluster would bring it back to life, had to do this several times. After one time the speedometer stuck at 30mph as if it where at zero! (ie. 55mph is now reading 85mph on spedometer) is there a way to reset the spedometer needle to zero???
