After battery was replaced, the dash console lights (radio, temp control, etc) started flashing on and off. Sometimes, after engine is running for some time, lights will turn off, but once engine is turned off and on again, lights start flashing again. Is there some computer reset?

There is no reset. However, there is a relearn process. If you have driven the car for some time, it should be fine. I would recommend having the body control module (BCM) tested.
