Works great most of the time but will once every week or so do the following. Start and die after about 2 seconds, gages will not register. Have changed the computer module and then the battery after error code came up on new module. Still happening. Let sit over night and we are good to go for another week or so. (Related? Wife says power locks now require her to flip the switch to open before she can flip them to lock.) Saw another posting that wiring harness or faulty key might cause similiar problem? Thanks.

It is possible, but Caravans did have solder problems on the circuit boards on the instrument cluster, remove the negative battery cable, then wait 2-3 minutes, then remove the cluster, unplug the connectors, then check the pins on the board, you might find one or two that are loose(wiggle) or can spin, these require a quik re-solder, then it's all set.
