Yesterday when I turned on the ignition all the dash display lits up, but when I tried to engage the starter there was no response, not even a click. I tried several times, jiggling the transmission lever and the ignition key, but nothing helped. Later in the day I tried gain and the engine started normally. I turned it off and tried again which was also successful. This morning it won't start, same as the first time. I have the 3.8 engine and the optional display of mileage, etc. Three weeks ago I had the computer, crankshaft sensor and ignition coil replaced.

I assume the lights are nice and bright to rule out a battery or connection problem at the battery.

Check the connection at the starter. IF good you need to find if power is getting to the starter when the key is turned and the no start is present. IF power is good at the starter, then you need a starter. The draw should be between 150-220 amps.

IF not check the relay to see if power is getting to the relay.

Can try swapping the relay with a like one.
