Tranny change out car won't crank

Change out tranny but not torque converter, just tranny bell housing, when I try to start dodge caravan 3.0 starter just clicks but fly wheel will not turn so I try to turn the crankshaft pulley bolt by hand with tool and crankshaft is hard to turn. Is my flywheel lock

Have you tried jump starting it? If a weak electric connection is not the problem, try turning the crankshaft pulley backwards and forwards a little. This may free up a stuck torque converter. Did you replace it with a new or used unit?
