A couple of months ago my spedometer and transmission weren't working properly, a friend said it was probably the sensors. He replaced one but couldn't find the other. Now it will not go into reverse and he thinks it's the other sensor. Does anyone know where the two sensors are located? Thank you!

Sensors will not prevent it from going into reverse. There are an input speed sensor and output speed sensor. When one is defective, or when the computer detects slippage based on these two sensor readings, it defaults to "limp-in" mode which gives you Park, Reverse, Neutral, and Second gears. These are hydraulically controlled without involvement of the computer.
