1997 Dodge Caravan Puzzling

Since last year my car does not start once a while and after a hour it starts without doing nothing. I took to dealer a couple of times, once it arrives to the dealer it starts and they had been not able to check by the computer. Once they even kept for two weeks but it did not show the problems. It had happened twice for less than a hour each time today. The dealer had changed the fuel pumps and relays and still it is happning. Could you please suggest to me?

Do you know if the dealer did a static fuel pressure test, that is checking the residual fuel pressure in the fuel rail with the engine off, if they did not I would be checking this first.
