1997 Dodge Caravan Car won't start

Hello, when I start my car, it will stay running for about 5-10 seconds then it dies and won't start again. I can get it started again if I wait about 10 minutes but then it just does the same thing, I have tried giving it gas but then sometimes it will backfire and then die again. Also noticed more exhaust coming out of the tail pipe. Thank you

Check fuel pressure
and suspect fuel pump
