What is the best and easiest way to change out the accessary belt on a 3.3L with a/c.

Well, to make it easy you should purchase a belt tool shown below....

You will need it to loosen the Tensioner to remove the old belt.....

There's a tool for it, or you can use a large socket wrench on the hub nut of the tensioner. Pull against the tensioner spring with one hand and slip the belt over a pulley. Observe routing, should be on a decal in the engine compartment, to replace.
