1996 Dodge Caravan won't start

My dodge carvan3.3 litres will turn over but it will not start. I was just trying to figer out what it might be. The timing belt or somthing else. Like timing sensor or crankshaft sensor. Can you tell me how check it out so I can fix it. So I can start driving it again. Thank you so much. Wishman

3.3 its a chain driven no timing belt on it
check for spark and check for fuel pressure
check fuses and relays ASD relay
no spark suspect crank sensor
no fuel suspect fuel pump
do u have check engine light on when key on !
also cycle key ON OFF ON OFF ON read codes in odometer area
