1996 Dodge Caravan Intermittent No Start - CAM Sensor Code

My Grand Caravan occasionally will not start (generally colder weather, 1st start of the day). After 2 or 3 tries it starts but the check engine light comes on, code is always Cam Sensor. Garage has replaced sensor 2x, still intermittent problem. Have not replaced Cam Sensor Plug. All other electrical systems work OK. Any ideas?

Check wiring
make sure you have ground
check or replace crank sensor
