1996 Dodge Caravan 1996 Caravan - Cranks but does not start

Car originally would not start on the driveway. Similar characteristics of dead fuel pump, no fuel rail pressure, intermittent run then stop. This had happened years ago and replacing the fuel pump and filter fixed it. Not this time.

We know have excellent fuel rail pressure. Codes 11, 12, 39, 55.

Have replaced cam and crank sensors, checked the dist. Coil, proper resistances measured, checked wiring harness for continuity issues, none found, proper voltages at cam and crank sensors.

Checking B+ at coil, we get a flash at ON ignition but no other voltages during cranking. Obviously we are not getting fire at plugs and fuel injectors.

I'm thinking anti-theft or ASD troubles? Where do I go from here?

I've heard of dash cluster problems as well. What's next?

You have the V 6 with 3.0 L engine
check timing belt
ASD is a relay you can mark and switch around
cluster never had one that stopped engine from running (yet )
