1994 Dodge Caravan STARTS WHEN IT WANTS TOO

VAN STARTS UP AT TIMES AND RUNS GOOD, FOR DAYS. BUT AT TIMES HAVE TO TURN THE KEY ONE OR FOUR TIMES YO START. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

You turn key on and start
does engine cranks but no start or no crank?

WHEN I TURN THE KEY THREE IS NO CRANK, NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENS.I HAD TWO FUELPUMPS INSTALLED, SPARKPLUKS & WIRES.

Still not getting what you mean !
But if it cranks & it doesn't start (engine turn but no start)
check if crank sensor any good
and if engine wont turn check battery check starter and starter relay

I had a 1993 do the same thing, it was the ignition switch itself. Once I replaced it the van started perfectly fine everytime.
