1989 Dodge Caravan turn over but wont start

I get a code of 35 need to know what it is and how to fix the problem or could it be a fuse

If my memory service me right code 35 has something to do with the radiator fan relay and circuits
as for no start check for fuel and if no fuel check /replace fuel pump
check for spark too
you should always start at the fuses
