2007 Dodge Caliber electronic throttle system

I drive the car & as soon as I pickup speed, the electronic throttle sytem light will flash & car will slow down. What are the causes of this & how can I fix it?

The cars computer needs to be "flashed with new software to fix this problem, it is a technical service bulletin.
