I avoided something on road by making a quick left, I heard something snap and now it jolts between twenty and forty miles per hour, but does not when I stay at steady speed, it is when acceleration or decelerating.

I need more information. If you look under the car is the transmission leaking? Also, has the check engine light came while driving?

Service engine soon light comes on. Someone said the fluid was burnt but full, there is no fluid in driveway so it is not leaking.

With the light on you have at least one code stored. You will need to get the car scanned, preferably with a good scan tool. Write down the actual code numbers and return here and post them.
When you say it "jolts" do you mean it shakes? Surges? Steering wheel shakes? Burnt fluid could cause it to slip when you step on the gas.

Please give some more information. If you can take a video while it is acting up and post it, that could help.
