Sputters when accelerating too quickly

Idles pretty normal, but pressing the gas too fast and it sputters, smokes from the exhaust for a a couple seconds then stops. Also, I don't know if it's related but I'm not getting good voltage at the B-9, n B-10 connectors which I believe is the induction servo motor. I'm trying to trace down where these connectors get power from. Directly from ECU or relay. Possible short somewhere.

This could be an issue with this but I have a couple questions to start. First, what is the fuel pressure and what is the pressure when you are accelerating?

Then shut the engine off and see how long it holds the pressure.

Next, what is the voltage that you are saying is not correct and where are you measuring this?

Lastly, when you accelerate what color is the smoke? I assume it is black. If it is this is excess fuel which is why we need all the fuel pressure info from above.

I have not measured the fuel pressure yet, I have to get the tool. I have replaced the fuel pump. Next on the list is FPR and fuel filter.
Spark plugs are on that list too. I just want to make sure there’s no induction servo problem/ECU problem/MFI issues.

Smoke is black.

Voltage wise I have to put a meter on it to see. Initially I used the voltage detector where it lights up if there’s voltage.

Voltage detector was used on connectors b-10 and b-09 specifically. Then some general testing random connectors to be sure it wasn’t just a bad grounding point. And I believe a-67. I will double check the last connector.

I went to check fuel pressure and I didn’t see any port or sensor. Does this mean you have to cut hose between the filter and fpr? I’ve seen this done to install aftermarket fuel pressure sensor. Admittedly I’m new to working on this vehicle, got tired of mechanics messing around with it.

Sorry. Yes, this engine has a different way of testing the pressure.

The fact that the smoke is black, I am pretty confident we are dealing with a fuel issue which is most likely high pressure or leaking injectors.
