Suspect bent valves but want to make sure every thing is connected. Replaced timing belt belt had missing teeth engine starts and runs but is rough. Does not make any metal on metal noise. If all connections are okay I will do compression test next.

Yes, I would perform a compression test on all cylinders. It does sound like you have valve damage from the failed belt.

I still would like to know where the timing sensors are located and a diagram of the vacuum hoses.

Attached is the wiring and vacuum diagram you requested.

As far as the crank and cam sensors, you have a distributor. This means there is no crank and cam sensors as the distributor serves as both.

I would start with a compression test to verify there no internal engine damage.

Three out of six cylinders will allow it to run.

A leak down test needs to be done to determine if it is valves or a piston failure.

You will need major engine work.

Can you explain a leak down test for cylinder with 0 compression? Do you mean run a wet test for compression? Thanks

No, you insert shop air into the cylinder through the spark plug hole and listen for the leak.

Out the exhaust is exhaust valve.
Out the intake or air filter intake valve.
Out the oil fill is a failed piston.
Out the radiator is a failed head gasket.
