AC/heat/defrost not working

All of a sudden my AC/heat/defrost wont come on. It does put out a small bit of heat but doesn't blow anything out of vents.

Can you hear the blower motor changing speeds when you turn it on high? If not then we have a blower motor issue and this should help with that.
