Dashboard Air flow not coming through the front driver and passenger vents

Air flow strong through defrost and side window vents, however not coming through the front driver and passenger vents.

Hello,

It sounds like you could have a faulty mode door actuator.
The mode actuator is what controls where the air will blow from. These can go bad and get stuck in one position.
The mode door actuator is located on the HVAC box behind the dash
