If a red brake light is on it indicates either a low fluid level or the parking brake is engaged or the sensor for it is acting up or a short in the wiring to the sensor.
If a yellow ABS light is on this indicates a fault with the anti-lock braking system and that it is not functional.
The traction control lamp indicates a fault with traction control and that it is not functional.
If the red brake light is lit check the fluid level before attempting to drive the vehicle.
With the other two lights the vehicle is drivable but will not handle as well due to no ABS or traction control functions.
