When the car is off the radio ambient back lights, the top dash ambient info lights and the odometer reading light stays on. Could this drain my battery? Is there a switch I'm missing to turn off? Is this a major problem? What is the fix?

Hello,

When you lock the vehicle everything must be off after a minutes.

When you have your battery drained overnight then you have a problem.

does the car lock with a fob key?

check that the button at the bottom where the fob goes into is popping back up, it could be sticking, this button tells the car there is a key in the slot, if it's sticking after you remove the key, then the car still thinks there is a key there.

if it's okay remove battery negative cable wait for a 15 minutes to reset the system then reinstall, and check if the problem solved.

if not check our link below how to perform battery drain test.

Perform the test then let us know what happens with you.

thank you.
