The power to these is controlled by the headlight switch. If it's not dimmed, I would first try a new headlight switch.

I would check the four fuses that run the cluster first and if they are okay chances are the cluster itself is bad. What happens is the LED board or the driver goes out so the cluster will need to be rebuilt, you can search google or ebay for a rebuilder but lets check the fuses first this guide can help with the fuse location in the images below.

you can try a reboot as well, this might work

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Idk if I been talking to another man on here about the headlights not working even tho I switched the pull knob switch out and I only have brights when I pull and hold my turn signal forward while driving otherwise no head lights I had told him that the fuse box under my hood there's a spot that should have a 15 fuse in it but it won't let me place 1 in it and that in this same area of this fuse box when I used my test light some of them didn't light up with my test light on either side of the fuse is this normal and can a fuse be bad even if it's not blown or burnt out by chance

I would remove the fuses above and look at them to see if any are blown. What ever happens to the headlight problem did you get it fixed? I don't see that thread in the que?

No we r still trying to figure it out so far I put in a new pull knob switch nothing checked every fuse related to them all good he suggested me trying to use a needle and a wire at the wire harness connector behind the glove compartment which I haven't been able to do because it's freezing here with close to a foot of snow plus I'm not electronically inclined so I'm scared il mess it up or do it wrong but I'm going to bundle up turn on the heater and see what I can learn here shortly plus attempt your suggestions from earlier as well then I will lyk from there
