If the red and green have power then the relay is not working. Red and green connected to red and black through the relay. Are you sure the relay is good. How is the wiring going to it does it have power and a ground trigger?

I am not sure. The wiring looks good from the spots that I am able to look. All the other spots are behind the dash and what not. I will test the relay again tomorrow. Maybe it is burning it as soon as I plug a new one in as soon as it makes contact it burns the new relay. I will test it tomorrow. So what is the red and green wire for another power or is it ground?

I found out what the problem was. This plug!
The lower red and yellow wire was pinned with the red and blue wire instead of it being pinned with its twin on top. Why it was like that I have no clue?

All I did was re-pin the lower red and yellow wire over so it could connect to its upper red and yellow twin and voila it is Christmas in fall. Haha
